We'd thoroughly reccomend giving guinea fowl a go. It has a slightly stronger flavour than chicken and is beautifully soft and juicy. This de-boned bird has been stuffed with our signature sausagemeat and herb stuffing and wrapped in our dry cured strealy bacon which is not only delicious but helps to keep the bird juicy and is incredibly easy to carve. Try this as an alternative to roast chicken on a Sunday.
