After 14 years as a retail and catering butcher, Marcus has set up his own butchery service. The aim is to supply caterers and private chefs with a bespoke service and high-quality produce that you would expect from a high-end retail butcher but at wholesale prices. He also specialises in making sausages for clients, to whatever specification they require.

Before training as a butcher, Marcus worked as a chef, so has a good understanding of the needs of the catering industry. During his time as a butcher, he supplied a number of high-end restaurants, caterers, event companies and private chefs and can provide a superior service, tailored to your specific needs.
