Hello! We are Giovanna and Marcus, a husband and wife, butcher and chef team based in South East London. We're both completely obsessed with good food, cooking, eating and sourcing great-quality ingredients.
MARCUS is a master butcher with over 12 years experience in the industry. He is passionate about sourcing responsibly reared, high-welfare meat and providing customers with the perfect ingredients at competitive prices.
GIOVANNA was a runner up on MasterChef and has since worked as a private and demonstration chef and food writer. She is currently the contributing food editor for House Beautiful Magazine and has worked with major brands such as Le Creuset, AEG and Falcon Enamelware.
We run regular classes in both cooking and butchery as well as accommodating bespoke private events for groups. Our acclaimed supper club, Butcher + Feast runs quarterly and includes a whole animal butchery demonstration followed by a feasting supper. Marcus also provides a butchery service for caterers and home cooks.
