ABOUT US
Hello! We are Giovanna and Marcus, a husband and wife, butcher and chef team based in South East London. We're both completely obsessed with good food, cooking, eating and sourcing great-quality ingredients.

MARCUS is a master butcher with over 15 years experience in the industry. He is passionate about sourcing responsibly reared, high-welfare meat and providing customers with the perfect ingredients at competitive prices.

GIOVANNA was a runner up on MasterChef in 2017 and has since worked as a private and demonstration chef and food writer. She is currently the contributing food editor for House Beautiful Magazine and has worked with major brands such as Le Creuset, AEG and Falcon Enamelware.

We launched Cook and Feast at home in summer 2020, delivering meat, supper club kits and Sunday roasts to households in London.

We now run regular classes in both cooking and butchery as well as accommodating bespoke private events for groups. Our acclaimed supper club, Butcher + Feast runs quarterly and includes a whole animal butchery demonstration followed by a feasting supper. We also run a quarterly seasonal supper club.
